"Plateau" Watch Strap in Dakota // Tan

Dakota Strap is handcrafted in one of the finest Italian vegetable tanned leather. The on-trend leather style is minimal and versatile to pair with almost all watches. We had a very pleasant experience working on it.

The perfect percentage of oil and grease develops a moderate dense consistency without feeling greasy or heavy. It is pliable and easy to cut without many susceptible marks or burnishes. The aroma is terrific to smell, especially when trimming the leather strap on our working bench. The glossy sheen, along with its silky touch, works like a dream! Patina will be developed in no time when you start wearing it.

Our Dakota Strap is in Plateau(beautifully padded), mostly paired with contrast hand stitching. If you are looking for a clean and elegant leather strap for chill-out and suit-up, this is your winner!

Dakota Leather comes from Conceria La Perla Azzurra in Italy. With over 50 years of experience, this tannery is well respected for its quality veg tan leathers. It is a part of the prestigious Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Tuscana Consortium. Dakota is firm and smooth on both the grain and flesh sides. It is a full grain leather with a clean, uniformed finish. Very responsive to wear and will develop in patina quickly. Dakota is notable for its suppleness, less stiffness, and fewer marks to leave on products during the crafting process.
